has taken every artistic option available to become her own brand of entertainment. An award winning Juilliard graduate and Metropolitan Opera young artist, her radio segment; "Hip Hopera" (where she arranges hard core rap songs in an operatic style) is currently celebrating its 8th season of national syndication. Her Jazz, Cabaret Emcee and Burlesque skills were honed at Windows on the World, The Slipper Room, Highline Ballroom, Joe’s Pub, The Rainbow Room and Mo Pitkin's (where she earned the title "Cabaret Star of the Year".) Whether it’s Burlesque, Broadway or Bellini, she delivers an impressive display of wit, improvisation and vocal virtuosity unmatched by any other artist to date. This combination earned her the N.Y Times quote: “ Shelly Watson is rambunctious, over the top and of considerable charm".
